Skillwork/Strength:
Farmer Carry with Plates (45/25) – Accumulate 200M
Do 8 lunges every 30secs.

 

WOD:

As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes:
3 Toes-To-Bar
3 High-Hang Clean (115/85)
5 Toes-To-Bar
5 High-Hang Clean (115/85)
7 Toes-To-Bar
7 High-Hang Clean (115/85)
*Continue adding 2 reps each round until the clock ends.  **5 Burpee penalty each time you drop off the bar during Toes-To-Bar or if you drop the bar during the clean.  ***Burpees must be completed before continuing on to the next round
