8. Toes to Bar

9. Push-Ups

10. Wall Balls (20#/14#)

11. Deadlift (115#/75#)

12. Burpees over the bar

 

*Numbers mean days and reps. After doing day 1, to move to day 2, you must do day 1 again, to do day 3, you must do days 1 and 2, to do day 4, you must do days 1, 2 and 3, and so on...
