AMRAP 12 minutes: 12 kb swings 12 box jumps 12 situps

Functional Fusion:
EMOM (:40 sec work/ :20 sec rest)
Station 1 = Rower (go hard!)
Station 2 = Box Jumps/ Step ups
Station 3 = Burpees
Station 4 = KB Thrusters

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
