CrossFit:

 

Strict Press 5-5-5

 

WOD:

10 Rounds
30 seconds wallball
30 seconds box jump
1 minute rest

 

Perform this with a partner. One partner works for 1 minute while the other rests and then switch places at the top of each minute so that the entire workout will last 20 minutes.

 

 

Functional Fusion:

 

EMOM (:40 sec work/ :20 sec rest)

 

Station 1 = Rower (go hard!)

Station 2 = Box Jumps/ Step ups

Station 3 = Burpees

Station 4 = KB Thrusters

Station 5 = Hollow body hold

Rest 1 minute.  Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
