4 Mins. AMRAP:
3 snatches (115/85)
5 chest to bar pullups
7 squats

 

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.

 

 

Functional Fusion:

 

"STATIONS"
40 sec. work/ 20 sec. rest/rotate of:

Station 1 = Prowler push (25 feet each pass - moderate weight)

Station 2 = Hollow Rocks

Station 3 = Static Hold from pull up bar

Station 4 = Wall ball sit ups

Station 5 = Row

Station 6 = Tire flips

Station 7 = Battle Ropes
