CrossFit:

 

Skillwork of choice for 15 minutes

 

 

 

WOD:

5 Rounds, every 3 minutes:
400 meter run
12 Toes-To-Bar

 

You have 3 minutes to complete the prescribed work. The faster you finish, the longer you have to rest until the next rounds which begin promptly at the 6,9, 12, and 15 minute marks.

 

*If you complete entire wod within the 3 Mins. cap per round, save the time it took you to complete all 5 rounds. If you can't finish the wod within the 3 Mins. cap per round, save the rounds and time you have completed.
