b) 4 x 10 Ring Rows

*Rest 2 Minutes

 

WOD:

For Time:

500 M Row

50 Wallballs (20/14)

50 Pushups

400 M Run

 

 

Functional Fusion:

 

AMRAP 30 min:

 

1 x Rope Climb (or 2 ground to standing)

10 x Burpees

20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/36)

30 x Double Unders (60 singles)

 

*Every 3 minutes, stop and do a 200M run (Start with a run)
