(5 sets of 3 reps with 10 seconds rest between reps)

*Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets

 

WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP:

5 Handstand Pushups

10 Pullups

15 Deadlifts (185/135)

 

 

Functional Fusion:

 

3 X 5 minute rounds for max reps at each station of:

 

From 0:00 - 2:00  Run 400M then max Jumping Jacks

From 2:00 - 3:00  Kettlebell Push Press (44/26)

From 3:00 - 4:00  Pull ups

From 4:00 - 5:00  Kettlebell clean and front squat (44/26)

 

*Rest 5 minutes between rounds
