400 M Run

22 Burpees

22 Wallballs (20/14)

 

Functional Fusion:

 

Partner WOD:  Movements Rotate EMOM for 15 minutes.  Partner 1 works for :30 sec, Then Partner 2 works for :30 seconds

 

Part A:  15 minute EMOM

Pullups

Pushups

Air Squats

 

*Rest 1 minute

 

Part B:  15 minute EMOM

Kettlebell swings

Situps
