"Batman and Robin"

26 Minute AMRAP

Partner A: 400 M Run Partner B: AMRAP Hang Power Cleans and Jerks (135/95) until partner gets back from run Switch and repeat. (score is reps of hang power clean and jerks) (Each person only runs once and clean and jerks once)

Partner A: 400 M Run Partner B: AMRAP Back Squats (135/95) off ground until partner gets back from run Switch and repeat.

Partner A: 400 M Run Partner B: AMRAP Double Unders until partner gets back from run Switch and repeat.

Partner A: 400 M Run Partner B: AMRAP Burpees until partner gets back from run Switch and repeat.

*If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until 26 minute cap.

Complete this Chipper, sharing work – one person works at a time, except during the runs – both people run same time, same distance. EMOM both partners must stop and do 2 Burpees.
