25 Med Ball Situps (toss over 24"/20" Box) (20/14)

 

20 Burpees while Partner Holds a Plank (alternate as desired)

 

15 Partner Squats (back to back with Med Ball between)

(Med Ball falls out, 5 Burpee Penalty on the spot)

 

10 Partner Deadlifts (65% of total body weight)
