B) 12 Min AMRAP L3 30 Double Under 20 Squat 10 T2B L2 Sub 10 Attempts at DU's Sub Hanging Knees to Elbows L1 Sub 60 Singles Sub Sit Ups
Cleans should start at 60% of 1RM and move up. These are done for technique, not for PR's. Demonstrate with all three scales (T2B, K2E and Sit Up) how the arms are essential. One "attempt" at DU is stringing some DU's together and then stepping on the rope, no matter how many they actually do.
