Sub 30 Seconds DU attempts

Sub back squats for OHS
Sub 50 singles



Snatch Complex:  Everyone starts with an empty bar for the first round.  Weight is capped at 95/65.  This is a speed and technique drill.  Focus on pulling yourself quickly under the bar and locking out.  For the WOD, pick a weight you can do unbroken on the OHS.  We just did 2x10 last week so you should be less than that number.
