B) 21-15-9 RX DB Thrusters (45% Body Weight) Box Jump (24/20) Toes To Bar L2 Sub Knees to Elbows or Knee Raises L1 Sub Sit Ups for T2B Sub MB Thruster


For the Clean Jerk Complex, if you press out of fail a lift, drop the weight. Drill technique. DB thrusters are very different movement than when done with a bar. Test the weight and be able to move quickly.
