30 Double Unders
10 Thrusters (95/65)
8 C2B Pull Ups

Sub 30 seconds of DU attempts
Sub jumping chest to bar

30 Singles
Sub jumping pullups or ring rows



A) Work on speed under the bar, fast feet and hands.  The snatch balance is a chance to build dynamic landing.  B) Find a pace you can keep for all 10 rounds.  The idea is to keep moving.  Scale the movement to something you can cycle, not have to break down into singles.
