Notes:

Picking a strategy and a pace on the first three movements that allows you to find the “go” button on the last three movements will get you the most bang for your buck. Being able to move quickly with weight on the back, hold onto big sets on the kettlebell, and hammer the row will pay off more than getting out to an early quick pace on the rope, squats, and run. Prioritize finishing strong rather than starting fast.
