“Head to Toe” AMRAP 8 10 Toes to Bar 10 Burpees L2 Sub Hanging Knee Raises L1 Sub Sit Ups
Although this is a short workout, it is not an all out sprint. You should find a pace on the burpees that you are able to immediately jump up to the bar after the 10th rep and start a set of toes to bar. Pace of the burpee will be determined by proficiency of the toes to bar.
