Goal today is to grind out large, and hopefully unbroken sets on the barbell. Dropping the bar brings the workout to a complete standstill. However, slowing down the pace just a touch on the rower to go unbroken on the barbell is wise.  Slowing down the last 2 or 3 calories will allow for a quick transition to the barbell. Pace on the rower will be determined by your comfortable level with the barbell.
