Notes:

The weights should be appropriate that everyone gets to to rower during each AMRAP. Regardless of where you are at :30 seconds, stop and get on the rower. With the score today being total number of calories on the row, we want to get to the rower quickly, but not necessarily as quickly as we are humanly capable of. Slowing down on the last 2-3 burpees will allow you to gather themselves in order to complete a quick transition.
