Strategy will differ from athlete to athlete, but definitely looking to set the tone on the first 1/3 of the workout. The first ten reps can make or break the remaining 2/3 of work needed to be accomplished. Moving well and efficiently on the first 10 repetitions will make sure you do not burn out and move poorly on the final 20 repetitions. Whether these are singles or small sets, aiming for consistent and sound movement across the board.
