I don't even know what to say about these 2! They are awesome and they are here putting in the time and work every single day. They became part of our family fast and we really enjoy watching their transformation.

2. What are your hobbies?

A. Hiking, mountain biking, traveling, swimming, and being a Dad

B. Cooking, and whatever hobbies my kids are involved in.

3. What brought you to CFIV?

A. My courageous wife, Christina

B. My doctor gave me a clear scan after some scary health issues and I didn’t want to waste my second chance at life. I needed to find something different, somewhere I didn’t know anyone, and something for me that wouldn’t give me the mom guilt. I needed to be physically and mentally stronger for my family and I knew inland valley crossfit was it, once I walked in and my kids where well cared for by so many.

4. What makes you keep coming back?

A. Again, Christina....but Lucy too.

B. The coaches, members, childcare, fun, and the results.

5. What’s your favorite WOD or movement?

A. Team WODs or clean and jerks

B. any WOD doesn’t involving too much counting and box jumps

6. What’s your least favorite WOD or movement?

A. Any WOD involving an 800 meter run and over head squats

B. hands down, I don’t like Barbara. “She’s a bitch.” Or rowing

7. Have you set any CrossFit goals? If so, could you share it with us?

A. ultimately to do the male RX unbroken for a weeks worth of work outs and get coach Chanel to laugh.

B. accomplish one strict pull up and to have abs like Kim Priesman from the 0830 class

8. Did you workout or play any sports before starting CrossFit?

A., football, softball, weightlifting.

B. not really, but an occasional hike and some jogging.

9. Do you have anything to say to someone who’s intimidated to start taking CrossFit Classes?

A. Yes.....find a friend willing to come with you and help you cross the threshold of the front door. The rest is down hill from there.

B. Please don’t be. Do it! Everything can be scaled to your personal level. I came in and was scared of the sounds of the weights dropping and names of all the movements. I still don’t know most of them but every day your shown what your going to be doing before you do it. Also, no one here ever makes me feel uncomfortable asking questions or asking for help and I’m always asking a lot lol. I know it sounds cliché but it’s life changing. Just try it. It’s super fun and you’ll never get bored.. Plus the child care is the best so don’t let that be the thing that delays you from trying it out.

10. What’s your favorite kind of music?

A. Gangster rap, EMD, and top pop.

B. 80’s all the way
