10 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees


Sub Knee Raises or Knees to Chest

7 Hanging Knee Raise
7 Burpees




Although this is a short workout, it is not an all out sprint. We want athletes to find a pace on the burpees that they are able to immediately jump up to the bar after the 10th rep and start a set of toes to bar. Pace of the burpee will be determined by proficiency of the toes to bar. Having athletes envision how they would break up the toes to bar in round three will help them manage these repetitions from the onset of the workout.
