Notes:

Grip is a major factor in todays workout, especially considering the length. Even on the bike, athletes are still holding onto an object. Given these factors, athletes can aim to break these movements up into 2-3 sets from the very beginning. For many athletes, this is the option they would likely choose a couple rounds into the workout, so doing so from round 1 will help them maintain some grip and consistent movement.
