Notes:

Today is a great example of “Could I” vs. “Should I”. Could athletes go unbroken or hold on for 2 big sets in the first couple rounds. Most likely. Should they approach the workout this way? That is the question they can ask themselves. If athletes see themselves breaking it up into more than two sets at the 10 minute mark in the workout, planning it that way from the beginning may help them move for nearly all of the 15 minutes, avoiding long rest periods. Today’s rep scheme is easily brother up into thirds. 5’s on the snatches, 10’s on the wallballs, and 20’s on the jump rope. Partitioning workouts into more sets does not necessarily mean that athletes will get less work done. In longer metcons, this typically results in more work getting accomplished!
