How comfortable athletes are on these movements will likely determine these sets. Sustainable options could be 8-7-6 for the set of 21, 8-7 for the set of 15, and 5-4 (or 9 unbroken) for the set of 9. If there is any day to dig deep it is this one. “Fran” is uncomfortable, but being uncomfortable does not mean that athletes are in pain. The things that are truly painful don’t involve working out. When things start to get uncomfortable, athletes have what it takes both physically and mentally to keep going.
