Notes:

With an ascending rep scheme, the majority of the workload is not written in the workout description. The workout truly begins around the set of 12. Athletes can still aim to hold on unbroken for as long as possible on the swings. More important than speed on either movement is to not stop moving on the bike and the swings, and to make transitions between the two movements fast. The longer athletes have their hands on the bell and the bike, the better score they will have.
