Notes:
We’ll be handling an odd object right in the middle of this triplet chipper. While not all gyms will be equipped with Wreck Bags, there are a variety of other options to choose from. Looking for an object that is tough to move, but something that could be completed within a 2-3 minute window. This movement is less about the piece of equipment used and more about getting exposure to something odd and challenging. Use what you have available and have fun! If short on rowers, stagger by 5-6 minutes.
