Athletes will group up into teams of three for this partner workout. The weight on the dumbbell snatches and thrusters should be something that athletes could cycle for at least 20+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. For teammates planning on using different weights, it is ok to have multiple barbells or dumbbells on the floor. For the runs, teammates will take turns completing 200 meter runs. On the movements inside, one partner also will work at a time, breaking up repetitions as they see fit. If unable to run, complete one of the following: 250/200 Meter Row If teams are able to finish the workout within the time cap, their score will be total time. For those unable to finish within 30 minutes, they can mark their scores as 30:00 and put a note in the comments about how far they were able to get.
