Notes:

Light and long today for this CompTrain Class repeat workout. Looking to choose a light weight today that athletes could cycle 30+ repetitions unbroken on each movement when fresh. If on the fence, lighter is better. The rep count is fairly high, so keeping it light will allow athletes to continue to move throughout the duration of the workout. Conditioning should be the liming factor, not strength. If unable to run, complete one of the following:

### THE WHY
“Mountain Man” was originally posted as a 600 meter hill run. At CrossFit New England, we have a hill course that we run on weekends that provides a little different stimulus than the typical flat land runs. Since many gyms may not have hill courses, we have extended the prescribed run to 800 meters. If your gym does have a hilly route, feel free to change these back to 600 meters. Some other options other than an 800 meter run would be:

600 Meter Run with a Wreck Bag (or other weighted object)
400 Meter Empty Sled Push
