# Happy 2019! Knowing that most gyms will be closed for New Years Day, we have provided some workouts that athletes can do at home. While sit-ups are a great option when there is no equipment, we understand that many athletes did them on Sunday. For that reason, we have included two options. The first is for those who wish to do sit-ups, and the second is for those who want a little more variance. We avoided doing burpees, push-ups, and air squats here (all great at home movements) because we have push-ups and air squats in tomorrow’s programming. Enjoy the first day of the New Year!
