  1. Do you have a nickname?

  2. How long have you been “CrossFitting” and how long have you been part of the CFIV Family?
    It will be three years this spring. Been part of the CFIV family for about 1 ½ years roughly.
     

  3. What makes you come back for more every day?
    I love the daily challenge Crossfit brings to the table every day! Somedays it feels like you get the beat down and then other days it feels really good that you accomplished something. I also like how supportive crossfit athletes are of each other.
     

  4. Favorite WOD:
    Murph
     

  5. Favorite Movement/Lift:
    Snatches and pull-ups
     

  6. Least favorite WOD:
    7 minutes of burpees
     

  7. Least favorite Movement/Lift:
    burpees
     

  8. Did you play any sports or did you workout before you started CrossFit?
    Yes, played Junior College Football at Dixie College in Southern Utah. Was introduced to weightlifting in high school. I also love to play basketball!!
     

  9. Do you have any CrossFit goals?
    Yes, I would like to RX the Amanda hero WOD by the end of May 2019

10. If you could program a WOD for yourself, what would it be and what would you call it?
“Mega-Tron” or “Pharaoh’s Pyramid”

For time:

100- pull ups

90- push ups

80- double unders

70- cal/assault bike

60- GHD sit ups

50- meter Hand Stand Walk

40- Overhead Squas/#95

30- KB swings/#53

20- power cleans/#185

10- squat snatches/#135


11. Do you have anything to say to someone who’s intimated to start taking CrossFit classes?
It’s natural to be intimated. However, our bodies are capable of doing amazing things and the human body can do more than we expect. What’s so great about Crossfit is you can scale back the workout (and still get an excellent workout) until you are comfortable and confident doing RX movements.


12. What’s your favorite kind of music to workout to?
Classic Rock mixed with some AC/DC and Metallica.
