Notes:

This Saturday team workout is for time, with a 30 minute time cap. It is likely that most teams will be treating this as an AMRAP instead of a task priority workout. If teams complete all reps, the scores will be 920/870. For teams that don’t finish, record total reps completed.

The weights on the barbell should be something that athletes are capable of completing at least 25+, 15+, and 10+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. it is ok if teammates are not using the same weights or doing the same toes to bar variation.


## THE WHY
A little while back we talked about why we do lateral bar burpees on individual workouts. The main reasons were to keep the comparison apples to apples from class to class. If one class was bigger than another and space was short, you may have athletes doing different variations. That means not everyone got the same workout in. However, in team settings like this, there is typically more space on the floor with three athletes sharing a barbell. If you still think you’ll be short on space despite the team aspect, going lateral bar burpees may be the better option.
